Made-to-order items

Each item is produced for your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. Please check dimensions, options, personalization and your shipping address before ordering.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and arrange a replacement or refund for an approved claim. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Missing packages

If your order has not arrived, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date so we can investigate. Incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages may require additional shipping charges.
